SHOULD I BE TAKING SUPPLEMENTS?
Supplements are made to fill the gaps of what is not being met in our diet. Supplements can be a really great aid to get you to your goals, but they’re not a necessity. I recommend protein supplements to my clients, mainly because some find it challenging to eat high amounts of protein from real food.

HOW DO I FIND MY MACROS?
Luckily, you won’t have to worry about doing that alone and I can help! The macro breakdown will give you your full calorie amount, protein, carbohydrate, and fat intake for your goals. Not only will you receive your numbers, but also a full guide to tracking your macros. What a macro is, where to start and even suggestions on what to eat!
DO I HAVE TO TRACK MY FOOD?
This is typically answered on a case by case basis. Those who have a great relationship with food who are looking to increase their strength, performance and lose body fat or gain muscle, I would say yes. Tracking food intake is helpful to have more data as to why our strategy is or is not working. If a client has a history of disordered eating, we will create a strategy that is safe for them to see the results they want without falling back into old patterns.
